The New Professional Orientation program is a high-level guide to introduce new chamber staff to industry resources.
The program is offered virtually every February and available on-demand throughout the year.

Designed for staff new to the Michigan chamber network, these orientation sessions will help connect you and your staff to resources and opportunities to help your chamber thrive. All sessions are free to participate and staff of all levels are encouraged to attend their respective sessions.

Schedule of Events:

2/26 9 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Orientation for Chief Staff /Executive Directors
Topics will include leadership development, executive director peer groups, board governance, and administration.

2/26 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Operations and Membership
Topics will include membership operations, CRM and database issues, membership features, and sales strategies.

2/26 1 p.m.- 2p.m.
Marketing and Events
Topics will include social media, marketing tools, event strategies, signature events and chamber programs.
