MACP Program Committee

The Program Committee is a volunteer-led standing committee enlisted to assist with events and programming. Volunteers may sign up for individual events or for a year-long term to assist with all events.

Eligibility:

  • Program Committee members must be paid staff (at any level) at a member organization.
  • Committee members should plan on attending the events they help plan.

Leadership Conference
Members assist in programming content and direction for one annual conference. The committee will make suggestions on location, speakers, entertainment, and logistics and encourage participation by MACP members. Committee members may also be involved in on-site assistance. This committee meets monthly all year.

Chamber Chat
Members assist with content ideas and facilitation of weekly sessions. The committee will use member feedback to identify topics and recruit speakers or volunteer to facilitate sessions themselves. This committee rotates quarterly.

New Professional Orientation
Members assist in programming content and direction for weeklong series of webinars. The committee will make suggestions on speakers and content and will encourage participation by MACP members new to the industry. Committee members may also be involved in on-site assistance. This committee meets monthly between October and February.
